Between the relatively mild, unseasonable weather here in NYC and spring training just around the corner, I'm feeling the itch for baseball season to start. So I think the best way to get me more in the mood is to show off Cate and Matt's engagement session from late spring last year in Philadelphia... because... that's where the best team in baseball resides.
ANYWAY... on a stunning, early June morning, we started the shoot at Rittenhouse Square, where Matt proposed to Cate. We made our way east through the city, past restaurants special to the both of them, including Parc and Talula's Garden. After an obligatory stop on Broad Street, we ended our walkabout by the Delaware River and Penn's Landing.
We had such a blast during this session, I knew the wedding would be just as fun... oh man, was a right. Stay tuned for those photos!
